Mr. Aiken has been involved in the Cannabis industry since 2008, first as a caregiver and medicine supplier for Green Mountain Care Group, then as a contract grower to Green Mountain Care Group (2009), and finally as owner of three fully licensed medical marijuana centers—Sweet Leaf, Higher Ground, and Herbal Wellness. Prior to involvement in the marijuana industry, Mr. Aiken worked with News American Marketing Corporation and spearheaded marketing efforts for the Phillip Morris brand. Mr. Aiken is a long-time resident of Colorado and earned his degree in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Dynamic Growth LLC has grown exponentially in the past few years with gross sales increasing from 1.5 million in 2011 to 2.6 million in 2012. 2013 Sales were over 5 million and 2014 sales were 11.2 million.
